When a client, prime contractor or subcontractor has a question about a project or an installation, we respond with an answer quickly, saving time and costs. If there is a problem in the field or in the evaluation of our work, we take a proactive approach. We identify the problem and research the cause. We bring our findings back to the client for resolution to their satisfaction. If WEB is responsible for the issue, we document how the problem will be corrected with full details for the client. Then the error is corrected.
