WEB works on a variety of Commercial Construction and Remodeling projects and Residential Remodeling, too.  We cover Kansas and Missouri.

If you would like to apply for consideration to become a Sub-Contractor, please provide us the following information by U.S. Mail or by email. Please provide all of the information in one stuffed folder:

  • A W-9 form –
  • Copy of your Contractor’s business license
  • Proof of Workers Comp Insurance and General Liability Insurance
  • A description of your bonding limits
  • A sheet that includes: your company name, address, phone number, contact person and 3 references for your construction work
  • List your Company’s Area(s) of Expertise

Submission Materials Guidelines:

  • We only accept subcontractor document packages via postal mail (address provided above) or by single email submission.
  • Incomplete, illegible paperwork, illegible photocopies or expired licenses or insurance will not be considered.
  • Please send all documents in one envelope. Any incomplete application will not be accepted.
  • You will get an email or a phone call from us if your packet/application is approved.
  • Once you are an approved subcontractor added to our call list, please do not call us to ask about projects. Be assured that we will contact you if an appropriate project becomes open for estimating.
