Although WEB is a newly formed Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, you can count on its principals to provide you with the same standards it has been providing clients for years. President Lynette Beck Burkhart, owner of Allstate Specialty Construction, Inc. was named the Woman Owned Construction Firm of the Year 2002 by the Kansas Department of Commerce and Housing. In 2004 she was a recipient of the Kansas City Business Journal's "25 Women Who Mean Business" award.

Owner Walter Burkhart has worked in the construction arena since the 1970's. He was the sole owner of Allstate Asbestos Specialty, Inc. from the late 80's to the late 90's when he joined Lynette to assist in starting her own business.
