General Contracting Projects and Descriptions

Replace Patio Shelter Concrete & Landscape:

This project took place outside a hospital in Kansas City, MO. Work included completely preparing site for demolition and removal of existing structures and concrete, install new 6” x 30’ X 40’ concrete pad and new landscaping. We provided erosion control protection during construction activities. Work was completed during operational hours of the hospital. All work was completed on time and on budget without incident.

Mental Health Office Renovations:

This project was at a hospital in Columbia, MO. Work area: demo existing office area in hospital and create fifteen new office spaces and remove and replace ceiling tile, ceiling grid, and asbestos containing floor tile from five corridors. Work performed: demo carpet, floor tile, ceiling tile, ceiling grid, asbestos abatement, remove existing doors and hardware and re-use, install new walls, new ceiling grid, ceiling tile, painting, carpet tile, and VCT floor tile. Subcontractors needed for mechanical, electrical, and fire sprinkler work. Work was completed during operational hours of the hospital. All work was completed on time and on budget without incident.

Elevator Replacement/Renovation:

This project takes place in a hospital in Columbia, MO. Work includes renovating four passenger elevators and two service elevators. All elevator equipment and controls will be upgraded. The cab interiors will be demoed and install new wall panels, ceiling, flooring, and painting. WEB maintained all barricades and infectious control partitions on all floors of elevator work throughout project. Project will be completed October 2011.
