Hospital Construction Projects and Descriptions

Podiatry Relocation / Corridor Renovation:

This was a hopital renovation project in Leavenworth, Kansas. We renovated an area to accommodate the relocation of the Podiatry Unit. Several rooms were gutted, new walls were built, including the installation of new utilities, ceilings, floors, and cabinetry. The project was completed on time and on budget.

Relocate Occupational Therapy / Physical Therapy Unit:

This project took place at a Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.  We renovated the OT/PT unit. We reconfigured walls and rooms, installed new plumbing and electrical.  We put in new ceilings and flooring, added  a nursing office and new bathroom. Through these changes, we were able to combine into one area the Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Units. We completed the project on time and on budget.

PET CT Site Prep:

This project took place in a hospital in Kansas City, MO.  Work included 1600 sq ft of interior demolition and renovation to support the installation of PET/CT equipment.  Renovation included reinforcemet of existing structural floor slab, new lead-shielded partitions, unshielded partitions, doors, interior windows and lights, casework, independent mechanical system, plumbing fixtures, lighting and cabling.  Most work was completed during operational hours of the hospital.  All work was completed ontime and on budget without incident.
